Tripura dispatched 1,000 kg of organic white sesame to Gujarat under the MOVCDNER scheme, strengthening its national market presence. The consignment was jointly marketed by three Farmer Producer Companies and supplied to an Amul subsidiary in Anand.
The initiative highlights growing demand for Tripura’s certified organic produce and stronger farmer–market linkages. The state government aims to further expand organic value chains and national and international markets in 2026.
