Organic Molasses Demand surges
A fresh economic projections report by Persistence Market Research revealed that the global organic molasses market crossed a value valuation of $1.2 billion. Driven by heavy double-digit spikes in non-synthetic cattle feed mixes and clean-label bakery sweetener sourcing, the market is on track to hit $1.8 billion by 2033. Industrial agribusiness data shows a steep increase in the global demand for organic molasses. This commercial surge is driven primarily by shifting consumer preferences toward certified natural sweeteners.
